A FEW CLOSE UPS......AND A MOSAIC

While away I have had some difficulty getting my links to work, pop-ups saying I need to reset my settings to make them work.  Not really wanting to do that I sometimes can't link up to the memes, it's a bit hit and miss.  If any of our kind hosts see that I am trying to participate but haven't linked in, please would you do that for me?  Thanks so much!  I would really appreciate it.

These were found on the walking path next to Bull Run.

I am also linking with the following memes, with my thanks to ours hosts for all their hard work.

Laura, host of iHeartMacro here.
Judith, host of Mosaic Monday here.
Stephanie's Macro Monday Mixer here.

Denise, I am very excited about this post, because firstly, my favourite colour is green, and secondly, your photos are gorgeous! I also love the collage you made, very attractive and creative. :)

The mosaic is great, so long as those creatures are firmly embedded in it... smiles.

I'm loving your butterfly! They are having a poor season here because of the cool spring.

That emerald beetle is just incredible. I think I saw something almost like it in China, but have never seen anything like it here or on the mainland.
