TODAY'S FLOWERS # 344

These are the last of the tulip photographs that I took a couple of weeks ago when they were at their peak.

Luiz Santilli Jnr created Today's Flowers and asked me a few years ago to take over his role as host.  I was very happy to do so.  He occasionally pops in to say hello, so "Hello Luiz and thank you!"

Today's Flowers' home page can be found here.

  1. They are wonderful! I see some Grape hyacinth hiding in there, too. I think my favorites are the last two pictures.

  20. Those cream colored tulips are beautiful. Getting ideas here for next year.

Hope you have fun with your tree. Connie was here today and we compared notes. She working on her dad's side.

Connie's MIL was born at the Ball House (where Ballston Metro is today), the family home of Martha Washington's birth family. This means her children have Rebels and Revolutionaries all over their tree.

  23. These tulips are stunning, especially along with the other smaller bulbs. So delightful. It is autumn here, time to plant bulbs, yet there are tulips in flower for sale with Mothers Day coming. I stopped to enjoy them at the supermarket yesterday.....
