CAMERA CRITTERS AND SATURDAY'S CRITTERS

I tinker more and more with applications for 'art' as they become available.  This is one from a photo I took of the fish swimming in one of the small tanks inside the visitor center at Meadowlark Gardens, one of our favorite walk-about places.  There are large koi in the lake just down the hill, and I'm assuming that they will be heading there next, once they get too big.  My 'painting' was obtained by using the app "Brushstroke" which I have on my iPAD.  Now for the actual photographs.

In other tanks frogs are kept.  I don't know the names of them.

I am linking with Misty's Camera Critters and Eileen's Saturday's Critters.  You can find their buttons on my side-bar.  Thank you for hosting ladies.

  1. It is awesome! I have never seen an edit like it. I am going to see if I can get it on my computer. Such beautiful frogs, I bet they are poisonous. Usually the brilliant ones are.

  7. Love those Green Frogs. Its good to get creative. I have just lent a camera to a friend so they can try photography with a DSLR they spend hours on Photoshop and I think they will enjoy the creative aspect of more control. Have a good weekend Heather is going to the early morning sunrise service on Sunday. I will stay in bed. I used to go before my MS got to bad. XXX Don

  33. You know it takes more than just the app to create a picture as sweet as that -- you have to have taken the right picture and know which one will be best for the treatment. You have the artistic eye it takes as well as the photo talent. Very nice. And I love the frogs.
