Summer Memories.....

of Bees and Flowers.

Luiz Santilli Jnr created Today's Flowers and asked me a few years ago to take over his role as host.  I was very happy to do so.  He occasionally pops in to say hello, so "Hello Luiz and thank you!"

  2. Wow, awesome macros!!! I think the flower is Cosmos and the insect is a bumble bee? That took bravery! But I guess if you come at him from behind you may be a bit safer...

  6. HI Denise Although we have a bright and breezy day here, these flowers do add to the colour of the day as we do not have many flower blooming here in the winter. Have a wonderful weekend.

  18. The flowers and bees are beautiful. I don't have a post this week because I was confused. I thought you were hosting through December 2014 but last week had one last one. I belatedly realized you said 2015 so thanks for another year. I'll probably come up with some flowers from time to time although I probably wouldn't have had any ideas this week even if I had realized this was continuing. This is a good time of the year though to look back through archives for flowers during the growing season. Thanks for all your efforts to keep this going and for another year as host.
