CAMERA CRITTERS AND SATURDAY'S CRITTERS

When we were out and about last Sunday, we came across three deer, two adults and a young one still with its spotted coat.  I never get tired of seeing deer and you can always be assured that they will appear somewhere along Skyline Drive.

When we arrived one of the deer was already on the other side of the parking lot.  It wasn't long after that these two joined him.

And shortly after that, with a backward glance from their youngest, they disappeared into the wood.

I am joining Misty's Camera Critters and Eileen's Saturday's Critters.  You can find their buttons on my side-bar.  Thank you for hosting ladies.

I think they came seeking a photographer. :)

Now that I think about it, I don't think I've seen deer in person in a long time.

Luckily not near one of those deers signs on the road either.

Love those deer. We do not see very many in our neighborhood wetlands, but I was puzzled to see a spotted one that had to have been at least a year old.

Your deer photos are great, I like seeing the spotted fauns too. I didn't see the ones in my yard at that stage this year.

Love the photos of the deer. At our last house we had a type of acorn tree in our front yard, that the deer loved. Wasn't unusual to look out the front window and see a deer grazing on them. Unfortunately, before I could grab my camera, my dogs had noticed them and started barking :-(
