  5. I thought I could see teasels, until I looked closer and saw that they were coneflowers. Aren't they a pretty colour.

  6. Such beautiful Coneflowers! Shining like the sun. They are one of my absolute favourites in the garden. The bonus is all the butterflies and bumblebees that visits them:) Have a lovely weekend.

  9. I love that first and last photo best! I so miss having pretty garden. (The grasshoppers have eaten everything, so when I go to Disney I swear that half of my photos are going to be of the flowers).

  12. I always think that Black-eyed Susan is a wonderful descriptive name for that flower. I wonder where it originated? A spot of Googling I think?

  14. My Echinacea (coneflowers) are also looking a bit sad. The Black-eyed Susan is the Maryland state flower.
