GOOD FENCES

I will be adding local scenes as well as sharing vacation posts from now on.

We found these fences while on a Sunday drive around our area of Virginia a while ago.

Thank you Theresa at The Run*A*Round Ranch Report for continuing another great meme.  Click on the blog link to see other participants, and the button below to find out more information.

Oh my. Who would try to put a fence in the water? It must have been dry ground that flooded.

Love it. Gorgeous fences (particularly the one running into the creek) and beautiful countryside too.

Hello from a wet and windy Melbourne, Whilst I am here today admiring your very Good Fences I have also really loved your Normandy holiday posts - what an amazing place, looks like you are having great fun & wonderful to have some 'me' blogging time as well!

I used to love white fences like those in your first photo - then one day I had the job of painting 100yds or so of it. Never again! Some creosote or wood preservative is more my scene these days.
Or preserving other people's white fences by means of a photograph, of course.
