NATURE NOTES

This was found on a beach in Florida last January.  An old leaf full of glistening sand.

The beach is full of treasures not necessarily made of gold.  The fun is in the hunt for them, to open our eyes we just have to look outside the box.

A little like life I think.

Open eyes and hearts fill treasure chests with magic don't they?

That leaf with its little cargo of sand is so beautiful.
I hope your June goes just as you have it planned and look forward to having you pay a visit in July.
I will still be checking out your blog which is always so enjoyable.

The ocean is treasure enough for me. You'll never see me with the old people with the metal detectors with the hopes of finding a long lost spanish doubloons.

Outside the sandbox you can find a lot of sand. And a leaf or two it seems.

An unusual photograph. Wondering how strong the leaf was or whether the whole thing collapsed if moved.
