SKYWATCH FRIDAY

A photo taken at Henderson Beach in Destin, Florida back in January.  Even though it was a cold day when we visited, the sands which were almost white, the sea showing shades of emerald green and a cloud filled sky, gave the appearance of a warm, balmy day in summer.   We loved walking along the beach as not only were we the only ones there that time of the day, but we had conditioned ourselves with even colder temperatures further north, and it felt great!

My thanks to the SkyWatch Team, YogiSandy and Sylvia,  for hosting this wonderful meme.

Happy SkyWatch Friday!

Yep -- and lots of times tourists are out on cold days barefoot in swimsuits cuz they don't want to miss a day even if it's chilly.

Beautiful picture.

That photographs is a sheer delight and thank you for sharing it with us. I can imagine that hanging on my living room wall next to a print of a seascape painting. The two would go together so well.
It certainly looks to be a warm day although the clouds perhaps would make one think twice about perhaps taking a jacket, just in case.

Beautiful. It reminds me of Scotland so much. I have a photo of me and hubby in our jumpers, jeans and walking boots with a tropical looking beach and sea behind, taken on a remote Scottish beach.
