NATURE NOTES

I am trying out a new font size as I have been having a hard time reading my text, and then a very dear blogging pal mentioned what I had been thinking.  So, what do you think?  Is this a better size for reading?

I am linking with Michelle's Nature Notes which you will find here.  Thank you for hosting this lovely meme Michelle.

We decided to drive over to Maryland last week.  We found a trail next to the Potomac River, a dirt road I suppose you'd call it, not used by the public.  It was a gorgeous day for a walk, not too hot with enough of a cool breeze every once in a while to make it very enjoyable.  Here are the photos Gregg and I took that day.

The font looks terrific too me! I really love that gigantic spider web. Creepy but really intricate work for a little insect, isn't it? What a wonderful area for walking, just full of life... nice photos.

Lovely! I visited Baltimore, Maryland once in 1973. I will always remember the fried catfish my former boyfriend's mother cooked for us outside on their lawn. Delicious!

Hi Denise:
I love the new font! Just realized why I have a stiff neck so often, straining to read on computer!

From all your photos Denise, it looks like fall is on the way. Sorry I won't be around for a while, I have Peter in palliative care now and am spending most to my time at the nursing home.

Hi Denise Yes that is better, I can read it! May I also suggest that when you have a photo after text, you leave 1 space as the text stands out more that way and easier to read. Love all your shots especially the spiders web.

Lovely nature scenes, Denise! The Maryland side of the Potomac has a very nice trail called the C&O. There is also the Great Falls Nat'l Park a beautiful park and you can walk on the C&O trail there also. I enjoyed your post and photos. Have a happy day!
