Beautiful though a bit gloomy. I am very sick of gray skies; we've had more than enough rain.

I like your header photo, in addition to the ship photo.

It looks so mysterious out there in the water. Lovely. And your header is amazing, too!

Love the misty, romantic look of the sailing ship on the lake, like something sailing out of the mist in times gone by.

Denise, your header is stunning, the nearest thing I have seen to a Turner painting. It really is a dream of a shot. Could you possibly let me have a copy by email so I could study the diffusion of light in it? I would not use it for anything else, I promise.

Oh what a fabulous shot! You were about an hour and a half from where I live! I love Niagara on the lake (I do hope you did a wine country tour), and the falls.

A message for Steve n Vickie, thanks so much for your comment. I tried to make a return visit to your blog but find that I am not able to follow a link via Google Plus. I haven't changed over because I know that many of my blogging friends might have difficulty finding me, as I know I have read other comments on the same subject. Some provide a link to their blog right at the beginning of that Google Plus page and that would be great. I know I am not an expert on blogger so maybe there is another way I can reach you and I just haven't found it yet. This is being said, I wanted you to know that I tried to make a return call.

Thanks again everyone!
