Wild Bird Wednesday

I am joining in with Stewart's Wild Bird Wednesday today, which you can find here.

While we were in Virginia Beach I was looking at the back garden from my in-law's den and saw this little Carolina Wren perch on an old cooking pot.

  10. LOVE the last shot Denise!
Those little wrens are so sweet. We have a pot almost exactly like that we use in the garden in summer.
    This is so cute!

  13. The pic with the cooking pot is the winner. The wren is one of my favourite birds. We have a rockery near the house which keeps our wrens busy.

  15. Thanks for showing the pot. It gave scale to the size of the bird. I thought he was quite a big fat bird but now I see he is a tiny one and very cute.
