Wild Bird Wednesday

I am joining in with Stewart's Wild Bird Wednesday today, which you can find here.

While we were in Virginia Beach I was looking at the back garden from my in-law's den and saw this little Carolina Wren perch on an old cooking pot.

That is a very cute little bird and I love the way it is perched on the cooking pot.

What a pretty little bird. Maybe the pot serves as a bird bath...

Wild Bird Wednesday? Is that a new meme?? How funny is that little Carolina Wren? Did it serenade you, too?

Adorable little Carolina Wren. We have them here and they are such cute little birds...They love to 'try' to nest in our garage --but we run them out!!!!
Hugs,
Betsy

LOVE the last shot Denise!
Those little wrens are so sweet. We have a pot almost exactly like that we use in the garden in summer.
This is so cute!

What a cute capture! So tiny yet so beautiful!

The pic with the cooking pot is the winner. The wren is one of my favourite birds. We have a rockery near the house which keeps our wrens busy.

Thanks for showing the pot. It gave scale to the size of the bird. I thought he was quite a big fat bird but now I see he is a tiny one and very cute.
