More photos from Huntley Meadows

A few more sights from our walk at Huntley Meadows a couple of weeks ago.   We like to see the change of the seasons, and will be going back in about a month's time.   You can click here to go to their home page, and you can click on any of the photos to enlarge them for a better look.  Both Gregg and I took these photos.

  6. There were lots of geese on the day you visited. We didn't walk to the double deck when we were there.

  9. It's a beautiful place, no wonder you keep going back. So would I. The zigzag path was a feature on it's own.

  12. I like the contrast between the large expanse of water and the close-up of the grasses and the seed pod case. The little bird is suitably marked to merge into the habitat. A lovely shot.

  18. This is so pretty, Denise. I especially love the walkway that keep people from contaminating the nature around them.

  19. I just love these kind of places and it would be a great one to visit to notice the change of seasons. (Which is something we kind of manage to miss this time of year, as there isn't a lot of noticeable difference with winter/spring here). I'll be watching for yours.

I like the boardwalk too..the older we get, the more we appreciate those!
