Gray-slated Junco

These are winter visitors in my garden.  When the weather gets warmer they disappear and fly north until the next long, cold spell.

Today I am also joining in with Anni's Bird D'Pot Meme.  Click here to see other feathered friends from all over..

  25. Hi Denise! I am late this week. I took the entire weekend off and did absolutely nothing!

I love this little guy and your shots. I am pretty sure I have some pictures of the same bird. But, I did not know the name.

I will have to do some checking up on my photos before next week.

Thanks for sharing this beautiful little creature with us!

    Happy day! :-)
