Lovely ! This time of year as it is gloomy here I often look through my thousands of photos of my gardens and flowers to help get through the gloom of winter . Have a good day !

It is nice to see such colorful flowers when all I see is white, when I look outside!

Beautiful Denise. I'l have to start raiding my archives soon as well. My garden is crisped with the heat.

Your flowers are so beautiful, but what the heck are they? Peonies, dahlias, what? I love the New Year quote, too. Have a great year yourself, Denise.

Dear Denise, two days ago I received your beautiful present. Thank you soooooooo much. It's amazing!!! I'm sorry I sent you only a card this year, but the things are tough for us. But you're always in my mind and my heart. Thank you again. Best wishes for you and your family.
And something from my daughter:
She loves everything English (her favorite music group is 1D). Her room is a small tour of England.

I love the header picture. I like seeing old-fashioned ladies fashions. So elegant. But the photo of the peonies is what brought me here! I need every touch of color I can get at the moment! I think that is one reason I lose myself in quilting and all the lovely fabrics. Escape from winter dullness! At least 4 months until peonies once again bloom....I'll count the days but enjoyed yours in this post!
