Sights and Scenes Around Walney Pond

These were taken last Sunday.  























Walney Pond was once a farm in the 18th and 19th centuries.  It is now part of the Ellanor C. Lawrence Park.  If you click here you will be able to read more of its history.

  12. Excellent pictures, Denise. We're way off seeing seed heads and sycamore pods. I wondered if one of the turtles was trying to push the other one in the water...grins.
