They are simply lovely. I feel so sorry for the female Cardinal and females of many species if it comes to that, denied their chance to shine in bright plumage.

Denise, very nice visitors. We have much the same variety here on the VA eastern shore. I have to refill our feeders after our return home from post holiday travels. I decided to let them go empty after seeing that a hawk had attacked and carried off a male cardinal right before we left.

Great shots of your visitors. I love nuthatches and titmouse in particular and find them hard to shoot because they move so fast.
