Awww so cute. They are amazing birds the way they can swivel their head all the way around. Their eyes are mesmerising too. The only bird with eyes at the front. I can see why you are in love with them. Twit-twoo
When I was in California a couple of weeks ago, I went out one morning. You know the early mornings when the sun it almost up and everything is still. Two owls were calling each other in the tree near by somewhere. One would hoot, the other would hoot. And on and on. I just love the sound they make and especially when waking up. We don't have owls here in the Sonoran Desert. Too bad.
Born English but have lived in America for almost 36 years, now proudly a US Citizen but as the old saying goes and as Gregg occasionally tells me, you can take the girl out of England but you can never take England out of the girl.

Oh, Denise, they are all such beautiful birds! The one owl sure did love being stroked on the head. Very sweet!
Aww... that was lovely. Wish I could get that close to an owl.
Oh my gosh! I actually got sleepy watching this video. Seeing as it's 11:00 PM over here, it's perfect.
Thank you friends! I've enjoyed reading all your comments today.
I am such a sucker for this video - I could watch it all day.
That is adorable! It's a lesson on how to send an owl to sleep:-)
