I have shared Hamish in other posts. This was taken last Friday when I was with my British friends. Hamish is very dear to my heart. You would think he would get tired of me following him around, but he puts up with me with never-ending patience, and a few ear scratches and tummy rubs along the way. Kathy is his Mommy and the cat outside of the door is a stray she feeds every day. Actually, Kathy feeds several strays in the neighborhood. There were at least three other cats just around the corner waiting to be fed, and Hamish doesn't seem to mind them as he quietly sits on the other side of the door.

I used to own a dog in New York, but just have an outdoor cat now in Hawaii. I wish I had more time/energy to walk a dog twice a day, but don't. Hamish is cute, though.

We had a Hamish-he was a Westie very similar, though it looks like your Hamish is a cairn terrier ? they are full of character and such lovely little dogs !
Hamish is quite the dog. He has a very expressive face.
You know I was one of those who said bah humbug to the wedding. But I saw the bride and was really taken by her. She is just perfect, and then I saw some footage of the Princess Di's funeral and her sons.
So, anyway, I'll be another commoner cheering the new bride and groom on.
Each dog has its own character.Hamish always looks content.
Oh my gosh Denise, Hamish is adorable. I would follow him around too. I have a lovely little terrier mix that is so cute but he is from the "don't take my photo" tribe that fears the camera will steal his soul. It is so hard to get a good photo. Wasn't the royal wedding wonderful. Just what the world needed, a happy ending.
He's a cutie. I'm a dog person, so he has my vote!

So cute. :) I'm glad you were able to get together with Friends and watchon Friday. I was up before dawn as well, not to miss a minute. My cat could not figure out why I was up before dawn, but not going anywhere but the kitchen for tea. Good times!

The baby turned one year old a month ago. She can walk now and blubber her own language. Very good one to mind. She keeps me busy now and then.
