It's all in the eyes.....

"An animal's eyes have the power to speak a great language."
~Martin Buber~

Things are slowly returning back to normal and the dreaded cold and cough lurgy has lessened considerably. I wanted to thank you for all your good wishes over the last couple of weeks. They have picked my spirits up tremendously and I can't tell you enough how much I have appreciate them. I have also missed visiting all your blogs and look forward to getting back to normal around here.

Your post title caught my attention because I used a close up photo of one of my favorite (and oldest) ewes as the lead photo in my blog post today. I am always drawn in by animals' eyes...

Please take it slow and concentrate on feeling better. Sounds like a lot of spring colds going around the blogosphere.

It's in the eyes, and also - in this case - in the ears...

That is so true. It is all in the eyes. Whenever I photograph an animal I try and focus on the eyes. The eyes are what draw me in. I guess the same can be said about the human animal as well :-)

I wonder what language that goat is speaking...
I do find that an animal's eyes speak to me.
Glad to hear you're feeling better!
