Celia sent this very cute video to me, about a young man who rescued a baby hummingbird that had been attacked. Thanks Celia! She sends me some great e-mails and I know there are a lot of hummer lovers out there who will enjoy this one.

Thank you Denise! That was lovely!
what a wonderful video-that must have taken some doing -rearing that little bird-we once rescued a baby magpie ,it lived in a cat carrier in our wardrobe for the first few days [it was the only safe place to keep him-we had 2 cats at the time ]he was a lot of fun-when we released him he became quite well known around the village-knocking on window panes begging for food !
Very nice, now if those hummers would bring the warm up north.
Thanks for sharing this sweet video. It was really heartwarming.

Good Morning, Denise! It won't be long and the hummers will be here again!
What a wonderful video; thanks for sharing!
Wow! That is such an amazing video. Thank you so much for posting it. I had to call my husband over to look at it! I do love hummingbirds and I'm amazed at how tame this bird is.
How neat!

Denise...that is so sweet.
Thanks for sharing. I have seen it before, but it always amazes me, the way the young man is so gentle and caring. And how trusting the little Hummingbird is with the young man. Sorry haven't been around for a while. I don't know where my days go.
Aw, very cute video.
Thanks for posting this, Denise. I had not seen it before. I wonder if the little hummingbird ever floew off outside. The young man was very patient and caring - how nice to see in a young person.
Thank you for this wonderful video. We love Hummingbirds and have two outside feeders. The boy was doing everything right.
How wonderful , I hope the hummer is going to be safe from predators. They are so little.
Wonderfully cute. I wouldn't mind a sneak view of the future just to see how that lovely little hummer gets on.
how small is that bird. How cute is he?
