Born English but have lived in America for almost 36 years, now proudly a US Citizen but as the old saying goes and as Gregg occasionally tells me, you can take the girl out of England but you can never take England out of the girl.

If any family members pop in and would like to be added to the list, let me know and I will send an invite.
Dad was a member of the Boys' Brigade. This photo was taken around 1928. I am sad to say I don't have any childhood photos of my Mum.

That's so true! I love 'em both!
Some breeds are so old they can't even trace their background, like a beagle.
What a neat post! Have a great day.
Very funny the small dogs and the enormous dog together on a walk.
So true ! thank you so much for the donation Denise -really appreciate it-I will post some bands out to you !xxx
I don't know which is the happier animal, but dogs always look like they are smiling, whereas cats don't.
All of your SD pics make me think I need to go there sooner rather than later. I love the details on the top of that tower.
Amen... what a great quote to go with those lovely photos.
That's quite some ornate bell tower there - impressed.
You know... we've never owned a dog. Someday...
I love that quote. It made me laugh.
What a wonderful place to take your doggies on a walk.... The grounds at museums are generally great walking places...
Hope you are having a good week.
Hugs,
Betsy
But you don't have to pick up pooh with art treasures.
