I felt like that when I worked downtown. Frequently, I had to drive around the block several times before I would find a parking place. Sometimes I had to park quite a distance from where I worked, which was good for exercise.
Funny post! I get the "going around in circles" feeling a lot, since I have no sense of direction. Luckily, I have a GPS and a compass to keep me in line.

The spiral mosaic intrigues me. I have never made a mosaic, and I think it might be worth trying some day.
