Terrific railway and sky shots.Sydney - City and Suburbs
Reminds me of the Skunk Train in Fort Bragg, CA.The red is really eye catching. Happy skywatching.
I love the little red caboose against the blue sky. You had a wonderful day for your trip.
great series of photos in this post, Denise! Really nice colors!
So well done. Thank you, Denise. These are great.
The blue background enhances the scarlet of the foreground. Thank you for visiting my new blog.

Fantastic shots of railway zone.
Such beautiful skies and captures Denise!Happy SWF and a wonderful weekend.
Hi Denise,I've been away for awhile and it's nice to visit again.I love the second shot. That blue sky and that pop of red - beautiful!
all lovely images but love the 2nd the best!
They look like summer skies. The little red wagon is an eye catcher.
Hi Denise, I have not have time to participate in SWF for a while. I like railways, like your pictures..ratata the train sings and people are excited to make a journey.
Lovely shots from a very interesting trip. I just had to look up 'caboose' - such a much more evocative name than 'guard's van'! Coincidentally, more bits and pieces arrived for Barry's trains layout today - including red and green lights!
I like the first photo Denise, it reminds me of the same train we had in the countryside.
a wonderful clear blue sky Denise...I love the bright red of the caboose against this idyllic sky!
Trains and train stuff fascinate me, I guess because my dad worked most of his life on the railroad. These were fun to see.
Ding ding ding ding - Great shots.
