Watery Wednesday

Not taken recently but on a trip to the beach a while back we watched as this dog was getting his exercise by collecting driftwood and bringing it back to shore. By the time we decided to move on he had collected quite a pile of wood for his owners who were stacking it up on the shore.

Thank you 2sweetnsaxy for hosting Watery Wednesday, a great meme for our mid week fun. You can visit by clicking right here.

  12. That's a great shot, but why were they sending the dog out to collect the wood? I could understand collecting trash to get it out of the water, but why the wood... I wonder! hehehe

Tricia, I asked the owners about that. They lived close by and they said ever since they started walking him on the beach, he would run into the water, start swimming and at the same time bring driftwood back from day one :)

Thank you all very much for dropping by and leaving a comment. I always enjoy reading them.
