Rosslyn, Virginia

Don't forget that you can enlarge all photographs by clicking on them.

This is the area we parked our car when we caught the Metro into Washington DC a couple of weekends ago. You can find out more about Rosslyn here.

Various pictures taken on our way back to the car. Gregg took several of them, one of which was the one below. If you look closely you can see a church spire in front of the building.

I took this one of Gregg making his way up the hill.

There are flowering cherry trees lining some of the streets.

This is a sculpture made up of arrows.

  1. Hello dear Denise!
    Fantastic series about Rosslyn!
    Lovely pictures, great work!
I liked all but the las one (sculpture made up of arrows)is very modern and surprised me!
    Kind Regards

  2. Great reflections in the buildings. And the moon looks beautiful and dramatic above the cityscape.

  3. Thanks for taking us on your trip. I love the designs you found in surroundings. The cherry trees look so pretty.

  4. Nice shots of Rosslyn! I think the arrows are the signs for the Springfield interchange.

  5. I love the reflections of the sky in the windows!

  6. The arrow sculpture is delightful. Fascinating photos!
