I bought a bouquet of Iris, Hyacinth and Wax flowers to take photographs of for this week's post.

  12. Irises are such handsome large flowers with a very intricate patterns. We have a similar to this flowering in our cottage garden in June. Hyacints just are so sweet smelling and the wax flowers really look like wax. A refined bouquet.

  15. A beautiful spring bouquet. The wax flowers are native flowers of western Australia. It is good to see them grown all over the world and used in arrangements.

  18. Youdid yourself and us a favour, nothing like killing two birds with one stone.
    The do look so pretty together, The Geraldton Wax last so much longer than Baby's Breath and adds sent from its aromatic leaves as well.

  27. Denise: Wonderful photos of the Iris. Thanks for sharing the name of the Wax Flowers. I showed them last week and didn't know what they were. My Hyacinth and just coming out of the ground and have a layer of snow this morning.
