Irises are such handsome large flowers with a very intricate patterns. We have a similar to this flowering in our cottage garden in June. Hyacints just are so sweet smelling and the wax flowers really look like wax. A refined bouquet.

Gill, the thought of Hyacinth always makes me laugh.

Lanny, they have the most aromatic aroma don't they? And yes it was a lovely meal.

Valkyrien, thank you too.

Darla, I never knew. Thanks for the info.

IMAC, you are very kind. Glad to see you had a wonderful time in Derbyshire.

Tarolino, they certainly are.

RuneE, thank you so much.

A beautiful spring bouquet. The wax flowers are native flowers of western Australia. It is good to see them grown all over the world and used in arrangements.
