Watery Wednesday

To see other photos related to water maybe you would like to check out Watery Wednesday at Eyes Mind Heart. You can get there by clicking on the icon below. This is another fun meme hosted by 2SweetnSaxy.

Canada Geese and another kind of goose. I am afraid I have no clue of their identify. If you know what they are would you please let me know? Thank you!

I don't know what kind of geese those are, either -- but they certainly are nice looking birds. We could call them the Watery Wednesday Geese!

Hello there
Nice photos Denise
Geese really are social birds aren't they - you rarely see one without another close by
I like the head markings on the second pair
Take care

Hi Denise!
Great photos. These are Bar-headed Geese. They are Exotic, brought in from Cental Asia. If they were not captive they may have escaped from captivity. I've never seen them so this was fun finding them for you!!
Thanks!

Boy, those are different. Don't have my reference books with me (in Spring City this morning), but I dont' think I have seen them in my books. Great photograph of them, somebody should come by to visit that can id them for you.

You will have to do a new post with the name (once somebody ids them for you) and more photos if you have them.

I really like your photos, today. Yeah for Eve knowing the breed of the mystery geese. I've never seen a Bar Headed goose, before.

Hi Denise
My friend Eve has got it right. They are Bar-headed Geese. We get the occasional one in UK. I am always on the look out for them in my area. Check out my post below (16 November 2007)
