Watery Wednesday

I chose these photos for Watery Wednesday. Please visit Eyes Mind Heart for other Watery Wednesday contributions from all over the world, or join in the fun and share your photos.

The photo above and the two below were taken at Walney Pond in Fairfax, Virginia.

I saw the Great Blue Heron at Brookeside Gardens in Wheaton, Maryland.

Nice birds on the water, and everyone has to love ducks (from previous post!)

I especially love the duck and babies among the lily pads.

Hi 2sweetnsaxy, and thank you for hosting Watery Wednesday. It has been fun participating.

Hi Louise, I know, just love the little guys.

Hi Carletta, babies always make for a great photo don't they?

Thank you all for stopping by.

I'm starting to get a tad jealous of the people who've taken great shorts of blue herons. Nice photo!

Love them all but that goose is perfect! It looks like it should be in a calendar or on the front of a greeting card! It would also make a nice painting!
