SkyWatch Friday

I took these photos on the Manassas National Battlefield this past Saturday. I posted other photos from my evening there a few days ago. These I wanted to save until SkyWatch Friday.
SkyWatch is hosted by Tom, Sandy, Imac and Klaus. Thank you all for such a great site. It has opened my eyes as I am looking up to the sky more than ever before, and how beautiful it is.

Please visit Skywatch to see some truly great photos from all over the world.

  19. What a fantastic sunset! I love when the clouds have a pink tinge to them. How nice to see something so lovely over a place that saw so much ugliness. This is how it should be.

  34. Thank you all for visiting and leaving all your lovely comments. I feel I am learning bit by bit about photography by visiting all your sites, with the added joy of visiting countries I probably won't get to see without these little windows to look through. If I can't visit them then arm-chair traveling is the next best thing and one I thoroughly enjoy. Have a great week all of you.
