Weekends are harder to be good, week days are much easier, so why blow it all on the two days we enjoy the most after working so hard all week to 'be good'. So 'be good' Denise, don't go crazy, one day at a time, one step at a time and I have lost 'almost' 20 lbs so far. In another 20 it should begin to show - we can live in hope!
And to quote a couple of lines out from that great movie, "Gone With The Wind".
